《irockpool.com 服务协议》（“本协议”）是 irockpool.com（“irockpool.com”或“我们”）和使用 irockpool.com 提供的服务和/或 irockpool.com 的官网 [irockpool.com]（“irockpool.com 网站”）的用户（“用户”或“您”）之间的协议。本协议描述了 irockpool.com 和使用者的相关权利和责任。您使用 irockpool.com 提供的服务和/或 irockpool.com 网站，即表示您同意本协议及《irockpool.com 隐私条款》规定的全部条款。如果您不同意本协议及《irockpool.com 隐私条款》规定的任何条款，请勿使用 irockpool.com 提供的服务和 irockpool.com 网站。如您购买了 irockpool.com 提供的产品和服务，您还需同意和遵守该产品或服务的服务协议。

一、基本事项

1.1 irockpool.com 保留随时自行决定修改本协议条款的权利。您有责任定期查看本协议以了解最新修改。本协议及其修改在 irockpool.com 将其公布于 irockpool.com 网站之时即刻生效（除非另行规定生效时间）。您在本协议及其修改发布后继续使用 irockpool.com 提供的服务或 irockpool.com 网站即表示您接受并同意该修改。

1.2 若您对本协议的修改有任何异议，或对 irockpool.com 提供的服务和/或 irockpool.com 网站不满意，您应立即：（1）停止使用 irockpool.com 提供的服务和 irockpool.com 网站；并（2）通过客服管道告知 irockpool.com 停止服务。终止服务后，使用者使用 irockpool.com 服务的权利立即终止。

二、用户注册

2.1 用户特此向 irockpool.com 作出如下陈述和保证，并且该等陈述和保证将被视为于使用者每次使用 irockpool.com 的服务时重新作出：

  1. 如果用户为自然人，用户已年满 18 周岁并具有完全民事行为能力；
  2. 如若使用者为实体，使用者根据其实体所在司法管辖区的法律法规合法设立并有效存在，信誉良好。特别的，用户还应保证不存在中华人民共和国境内居民利用该实体注册及使用服务的情形；
  3. 使用者接受并使用 irockpool.com 提供的服务在使用者的所在国家/地区符合适用法律、法规和相关政策，且不违反用户对于任何其他第三方的义务；及
  4. 使用者具备使用 irockpool.com 提供的服务并履行相关义务所需的权力，并且本协议和相关服务购买订单对使用者有效并具有约束力。

2.2 对于您提供的注册资料和资讯（“注册信息”），您同意：

  1. 提供合法、真实、准确和完整的注册信息；
  2. 如果已提供的注册信息有任何变化，您将及时通知 irockpool.com。如果您提供的注册信息是非法、不真实、不准确或不完整的，您应承担相应的全部责任和后继；
  3. irockpool.com 保留根据您提供的信息以及 irockpool.com 的合规义务和内控风险控制政策对账户施加某些限制和/或暂停或终止您使用 irockpool.com 服务的权利；
  4. 除非获得 irockpool.com 事先书面同意，否则每位用户只能在 irockpool.com 注册一个账户；
  5. 为 KYC（“了解您的客户”）和/或反洗钱等合规目的，irockpool.com 有权要求您提供账户所有者的身份识别信息和/或财务信息；
  6. 您在使用 irockpool.com 提供的服务中的一些特定功能时需要输入您的用户名和密码。如果您因为忘记密码等原因无法访问您的账户，irockpool.com 为确定账户真实的所有权，有权要求您提供包括身份识别信息在内的特定信息，包括但不限于：身份证明、居住证明、电话号码/电子邮件证明以及网站上的任何可识别活动信息，例如交易 ID、订单号、提款金额等。您承诺您不会与其他人分享您的用户名和/或密码或允许任何其他第三方使用您的账户。对于您或任何其他第三方对您的账户或密码的不当使用以及所导致的后果和损失，irockpool.com 不承担任何责任。如果您认为您的用户名和/或密码被他人知晓或账户已被他人擅自使用，您应立即通知 irockpool.com。

2.3 您理解并认可，irockpool.com 有权根据相关法律法规的规定或监管部门的要求提供您的全部或部分注册信息。

三、风险通知

3.1 您理解并认可：持有、交易、投资数字资产以及使用数字资产相关的服务会涉及风险，本第 3.1 条列出的风险并非穷尽。这些风险以及现在或将来出现的其他风险可能会使得您无法获得任何收益，遭受财务损失，甚至使得我们提供的服务被终止：

  1. 使用任何数字资产或相关的产品和服务都会带来潜在的财务、监管和其他风险。您在使用任何数字资产或相关的产品和服务前应确认您对区块链技术、数字资产以及智能合约的功能和风险方面具有充分的知识和经验。您参与任何数字资产活动和/或使用相关服务的任何决定应基于您认为必要的独立调查和/或获取专业人士的咨询。irockpool.com 预设您在使用本服务时是一名了解数字资产行业并且懂得数字资产相关产品和服务风险的专业人士，本协议以及 irockpool.com 提供的任何服务均不应视为 irockpool.com 向您提供投资建议；
  2. 任何 irockpool.com 提供的产品或服务以及任何数量的任何数字资产都可能因不受 irockpool.com 控制的许多因素而受影响，这些因素包括但不限于：挖矿难度和/或其他挖矿参数/属性的变化，数字资产的市场价格波动，硬件（例如：矿机）过时和硬件摊销等；
  3. 由于数字资产的性质，任何数字资产的价值可能随时损失其部分甚至全部价值。您在此确认知悉任何一种数字资产的价值都可能会迅速下降（甚至下降为零）。对于任何数字资产的市场价格波动所造成的任何和所有损失，irockpool.com 不承担任何责任；
  4. irockpool.com 会不时对于系统进行维护或升级。您确认您并未期待 irockpool.com 提供的服务是连续的、不中断的。除双方另有明确约定，否则 irockpool.com 对于其系统的维护和升级而导致的暂停和中断所造成的任何和所有损失，irockpool.com 不承担任何责任；
  5. 没有一种身份验证，或计算机安全技术是 100% 安全的。您同意承担黑客入侵或身份盗用相关的所有风险；
  6. 您了解并同意，irockpool.com 保留通过网站、电子邮件、客户服务电话、手机短信和其他官方管道发布、修改和/或提供与服务有关的资讯的权利。对于通过非 irockpool.com 官方管道获得的资讯，irockpool.com 概不负责。如果您对以 irockpool.com 名义发送的资讯的真实性有任何疑问，请立即与我们联系；
  7. 有关区块链技术、数字资产、矿池、加密货币、代币和 irockpool.com 提供的服务的全球监管制度目前尚不完善，可能会迅速发展，在国际、州和地方司法管辖区之间存在很大差异，并且存在重大不确定性，法规或政策可能会对服务和任何数字资产的价值产生重大不利影响。您理解、承认并承担此类风险。

四、数字资产的使用

4.1 您不得以任何适用于您的相关法律法规所禁止的方式开采、购买、出售、交换、持有及/或以其他方式使用任何数字资产。

4.2 在使用 irockpool.com 提供的服务之前，您应判断该服务是否适合您的财务能力和风险偏好。您使用 irockpool.com 任一服务，即代表您认可、理解并接受与开采、购买、出售、交换、持有及/或使用数字资产相关的全部风险，包括但不限于：

  1. 数字资产价格大幅波动：包括比特币在内的任何数字资产的价格可能急剧下跌，甚至可能跌至为零；
  2. 数字资产交易可能需要一段时间被确认。虽然可能性较低，但的确存在可能某些数字资产交易可能永远无法被确认。未被确认的数字资产交易代表该等交易未完成；
  3. 数字资产交易是不可逆转的：如果您向任何错误的人或数字资产钱包地址发送任何数量的数字资产，您将无法撤销交易或收回这些资金；
  4. 如果您丢失或忘记访问和使用这些数字资产所需的任何 PIN 或密码，该等数字资产可能会丢失或无法被您使用；
  5. 区块链（或数字资产）技术可能存在固有的未知技术缺陷；以及
  6. 各国家/地区可能会出台和颁布影响使用数字资产的新法律、规定和政策。

五、限制和义务

5.1 您不得利用 irockpool.com 提供的服务从事任何违法活动。您不得利用 irockpool.com 提供的服务：

  1. 支持、煽动或参与任何恐怖主义活动；
  2. 参与任何洗钱活动；
  3. 捏造或歪曲事实、散布谣言、扰乱社会秩序；
  4. 宣传或制作淫秽色情、暴力及/或恐怖内容；
  5. 参与任何其他违反适用法律、法规和规定的活动。

5.2 您同意遵守所有适用法律、法规和规定、本协议以及 irockpool.com 不时宣布的与使用 irockpool.com 网站和 irockpool.com 提供的服务相关的所有规则和政策。

5.3 您同意提供 irockpool.com 根据其适用的“了解您的客户”及反洗钱的规则和政策不时自行决定合理要求的所有文件和其他信息。

5.4 您账户密码（或者其他安全设备）的安全，完全由您负责。通过您账户提交的申请，订单，均被视为经您签署并同意。由您过失导致账户、密码或者其他信息被冒用或非法使用的，我们不对产生的任何风险和损失承担任何责任。若您怀疑您的账户、密码或者其他信息被冒用或非法使用的，您应立即通知我们。

5.5 您承诺购买 irockpool.com 的产品使用的资金来源合法合规，您同意您应完全承担通过使用 irockpool.com 提供的服务而产生的相关税收义务。

5.6 您同意并承诺您仅仅在为自己的利益使用 irockpool.com 提供的服务，您并未代他人或为了其他第三方利益而使用 irockpool.com 提供的服务。

5.7 您同意在您发现或怀疑任何第三方使用 irockpool.com 提供的服务存在任何欺诈或不当行为时立即与 irockpool.com 联系。

5.8 除非 irockpool.com 事先明确书面同意，否则您不得以任何方式在 irockpool.com 网站注册多个账户。您不得通过注册多个账户以获取利润、奖励或优惠券。

5.9 未经他人账户或密码持有人的明确许可和同意，您不得在任何时候使用他人的账户或密码。irockpool.com 不能也不会对因您未能遵守该等义务而造成的任何损失或损害承担责任。

5.10 您不应参与任何可能影响 irockpool.com 提供的服务及/或 irockpool.com 网站安全的活动。

5.11 您不得使用任何方法来屏蔽您的互联网流量和 IP 地址（例如 Proxy、Tor、VPN 等）或使用其他隐藏用户真实互联网连接的技术服务。

5.12 在 irockpool.com 网站上展示的任何内容的知识产权，包括但不限于文章、图片、新闻、材料、网站结构、网站布置、网站设计，除非特别说明，均由 irockpool.com 或 irockpool.com 的许可人（如有）完全拥有。用户应尊重 irockpool.com 以及 irockpool.com 的许可人（如有）的知识产权。

5.13 irockpool.com 特此在本协议期间，向您授予一项有限、非排他性、可撤销、不可转让并且不可转授的许可，允许您按照本协议条款使用我们提供的产品。irockpool.com 或其许可方保留服务的一切权利、所有权和权益，包括所有原始代码、目标代码、数据、信息，其中体现的版权、商标、专利、发明和商业秘密，以及本协议下未明确向您授予的所有其他权利。本协议概不构成放弃 irockpool.com 在塞舌尔或者其他任何管辖地知识产权法或者任何其他联邦、州或外国法律项下的任何权利。

5.14 未经 irockpool.com 事先书面授权，用户不得以 irockpool.com 的名义进行任何活动和使用 irockpool.com 网站信息/资料。

5.15 对于我们就在您使用产品过程中，我们向您提供的任何资料或信息，您特此同意：

  1. 该等资料或信息仅用于本协议规定的用途，并且其使用符合所有适用法律；
  2. 除适用法律要求外，不向第三方传播、传输、展示或者以其他方式披露或提供该等资料或信息；以及
  3. 未经 irockpool.com 事先书面同意，不改进、修改该等资料或信息，不使用该等资料或信息制作衍生品，亦不将该等资料或信息与任何其他信息组合使用。

5.16 您不得以书面、口头或其他方式作出任何可能直接或间接诋毁或损害 irockpool.com（包括 irockpool.com 的任何子公司、附属机构、管理人员、董事、员工、合作伙伴或股东）的声明或陈述、直接或间接的交流或行动；但本段规定不得妨碍您根据适用法律、法规或法律程序的要求作出真实的声明或披露。

5.17 您理解 irockpool.com 提供的服务不适用于以下（下称“受限人士”）：1）在受美国实施全面制裁的司法管辖区注册或运营的任何实体，或作为该司法管辖区国民或居民的任何个人；2）由美国、欧盟、联合国或新加坡制裁目标控制或拥有（50% 或以上，直接或间接）的任何个人或实体；或 3）其他不符合 irockpool.com 合规义务和/或内务风控政策的任何实体或个人。上述名录可能并不穷尽。对于 irockpool.com 提供的某些产品或服务，限制的范围可能有所不同，取决于此类产品或服务的条件和条款。在使用 irockpool.com 提供的任何服务前，请确认您不属于受限人士并且如果您在服务开始后的任何时间点成为受限人士，请通知 irockpool.com。如您属于受限人士且您使用 irockpool.com 提供的服务，由此导致的所有法律风险和责任将完全由您独立承担，并且您同意赔偿 irockpool.com 可能因此遭受的任何损失、损害或责任。irockpool.com 也有权拒绝向您提供服务且您无权要求 irockpool.com 退还任何款项。有关受限人士的更多信息，请访问 irockpool.com 暂时不接受哪些用户？

5.18 您不得在以下情况下使用服务：1) 违反任何制裁法律（包括但不限于美国和新加坡的法律），2) 以涉及、关于或代表他人进行的任何方式代表受限人士或为受限人士的利益使用服务，或 3) 以涉及与受限人士进行交易的方式使用服务。

六、违约责任

6.1 您同意，如 irockpool.com 认定您违反了本协议或与您使用本网站相关的其他协议或指南（“违反协议”），irockpool.com 可自行决定暂停或终止您对或本网站的访问和/或阻止您今后对本网站的访问，恕不另行通知。在不限制本协议中规定的任何一般责任和赔偿条款的前提下，您应负责赔偿因您违反协议而给 irockpool.com 造成的所有损失（定义见本协议第 7.6 条）。当 irockpool.com 确定您违反协议时，irockpool.com 可从本应支付给您的款项中扣留因您违反协议而对 irockpool.com 造成的损失。您还同意，您的任何违反协议将构成非法和不公平的商业行为，并将对 irockpool.com 造成无法弥补的损害，而金钱赔偿可能不足以弥补，您同意 irockpool.com 在这种情况下获得 irockpool.com 认为必要或适当的禁令或衡平法救济。这些补救措施是 irockpool.com 在法律或衡平法上可能拥有的任何其他补救措施的补充。您同意，irockpool.com 不会因您违反协议而暂停或终止您对本网站的访问，而对您或任何第三方承担任何责任。

7.3 对于因其无法控制的情况而导致的服务中断或终止，irockpool.com 不承担任何责任，包括但不限于战争（宣告或未宣告）、恐怖活动、破坏行为、封锁、火灾、闪电、天灾、罢工、骚乱、暴动、内乱、防疫限制、流行病、地震、洪水、飓风、爆炸以及监管和行政行动或延误。如果发生此类不可抗力，irockpool.com 应采取合理的措施以最大程度地减少干扰和损失，但对于此类不可抗力造成的或附带的后继不承担任何责任。

  1. 交易利润损失；
  2. 服务中断（该等中断非因 irockpool.com 故意不当行为导致）；
  3. 非因 irockpool.com 故意不当行为导致的信息/数据的损坏或丢失；
  4. 算力消亡或退出市场；
  5. 法律法规及政策因素的执行或变化；
  6. 根据使用者提供的信息（包括但不限于身份识别信息、财务信息、数字资产钱包地址等），用户不符合 irockpool.com 的合规义务和/或内务风控政策；
  7. 使用者过错或违反本协议导致的损失（包括但不限于：向 irockpool.com 提供不准确的信息，向第三方泄漏密码等）；及
  8. 其他不受 irockpool.com 控制的事件。

7.6 您同意并接受：在与本协议规定的任何其他补偿或赔偿权利不重复的前提下，您应向 irockpool.com 及其母公司、子公司和附属公司，以及其各自的管理人员、董事、雇员、代理人和顾问赔偿您违反本协议（包括但不限于您违反本协议项下的任何义务、陈述或保证）导致的任何损失、责任、索赔、指控、行动、诉讼或费用（统称“损失”，包括合理的律师费），并就此向 irockpool.com 及其母公司、子公司和附属公司，以及其各自的管理人员、董事、雇员、代理人和顾问提供辩护，保证 irockpool.com 及其母公司、子公司和附属公司，以及其各自的管理人员、董事、雇员、代理人和顾问不因此遭受该等损害。在任何情况下，irockpool.com 或其母公司、子公司或附属公司，或其各自的管理人员、董事、雇员、代理人或顾问均不对您或任何第三方承担任何与本协议有关的特殊、偶然、间接或结果性的损害或利润损失。

7.7 如果您有任何追索损害赔偿（包括违反本协议）的依据，在适用法律允许的范围内，您同意您的唯一补救措施是对 irockpool.com 追索直接损害赔偿，除非 irockpool.com 另有明确的书面规定，最高金额为 10.00 美元。

八、其他约定

8.1 弃权：irockpool.com 对本协议项下使用者的任何违约行为延迟行使或者疏于行使 irockpool.com 的任何权利或救济，不应解释为 irockpool.com 豁免或者默许任何该等违约行为。

8.2 可分割性：在可能的范围内，如果本协议的任何条款被法院认定为全部或部分非法、无效或不可执行，则该条款应适用，但须进行必要的删除或修改，以使该条款合法、有效和可执行，并使双方的商业意图生效。本协议的其他条款不受影响，应保持完全的效力。

8.3 适用法律：本协议应全面适用塞舌尔法律，但不考虑其法律冲突原则。

8.4 争议解决：您同意，以任何方式与您访问或使用本服务、通过本服务销售或分发的任何产品或您与 irockpool.com 关系的任何方面相关的任何争议、纠纷或索赔，将通过具有约束力的仲裁而非法庭解决，包括此类争议、纠纷或索赔的可仲裁性的门槛问题，但如果索赔涉及知识产权侵权或其他知识产权滥用，您或 irockpool.com 可在具有适当管辖权的法庭寻求禁令或衡平法救济。除非本协议中另有明确规定，否则您和 irockpool.com 特此放弃任何宪法和法律规定的在法院起诉和在法官或陪审团面前进行审判的权利。如果您和 irockpool.com 之间正在进行争议诉讼，您或 irockpool.com 均有权暂停履行其所有义务，直至争议完全解决。

8.5 仲裁协议。因本协议引起的或与本协议有关的任何争议，包括有关本协议的存在、有效性或终止的任何问题，均应提交新加坡国际仲裁中心（“SIAC”），由该中心根据新加坡国际仲裁中心当时有效的《仲裁规则》（“SIAC 规则”）进行仲裁并最终解决。仲裁地为新加坡。仲裁庭由三（3）名仲裁员组成，一名由您任命，一名由 irockpool.com 任命，第三名由 SIAC 当时的仲裁法院院长任命。仲裁语言为英语。仲裁费用由败诉方承担。败诉方还应赔偿胜诉方的律师费和其他费用。本仲裁协议范围内的所有索赔和争议必须以个人为基础进行仲裁，不得以代表（包括但不限于 PAGA）或集体为基础进行仲裁。仅提供个人救济，一个以上用户、个人或实体的索赔不得与任何其他用户、个人或实体的索赔进行仲裁或合并。

8.6 取代之前协议：通过持续使用 irockpool.com 提供的服务，您承认本协议应取代您与 irockpool.com 之前就本协议约定事项达成的所有协议。

8.7 版本：本协议英文版本效力优先适用。

irockpool.com Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between irockpool.com ("irockpool.com" or "we") and the user ("User" or "you") who uses the services provided by irockpool.com and/or the official website [irockpool.com] (the "irockpool.com Website"). This Agreement describes the rights and responsibilities of irockpool.com and the User. By using the services provided by irockpool.com and/or the irockpool.com Website, you agree to all terms of this Agreement and the irockpool.com Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement or the irockpool.com Privacy Policy, please do not use the services or the irockpool.com Website. If you purchase products or services from irockpool.com, you must also agree to and comply with the applicable service agreement for those products or services.

1. General Matters

1.1 irockpool.com reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement to stay informed of changes. This Agreement and its modifications become effective upon posting on the irockpool.com Website (unless a different effective date is specified). Your continued use of irockpool.com services or the irockpool.com Website after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

1.2 If you object to any modification of this Agreement or are dissatisfied with the services provided by irockpool.com and/or the irockpool.com Website, you must immediately: (1) cease using irockpool.com services and the irockpool.com Website; and (2) notify irockpool.com through customer service channels to terminate services. Upon termination, your right to use irockpool.com services ceases immediately.

2. User Registration

2.1 By using irockpool.com services, you represent and warrant to irockpool.com, and such representations and warranties shall be deemed renewed each time you use irockpool.com services:

  1. If you are a natural person, you are at least 18 years old and have full civil legal capacity;
  2. If you are an entity, you are duly organized, validly existing, and in good standing under the laws of your jurisdiction, and specifically you warrant that no resident of the People’s Republic of China uses this entity to register and use the services;
  3. Your acceptance and use of irockpool.com services comply with applicable laws, regulations, and policies in your country/region, and do not violate any obligation you owe to any third party; and
  4. You have the authority to use irockpool.com services and perform the related obligations, and this Agreement and any relevant purchase orders are valid and binding on you.

2.2 With respect to the registration information you provide ("Registration Information"), you agree:

  2. To promptly notify irockpool.com of any changes to your Registration Information. If the information you provide is unlawful, untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, you shall bear full responsibility and consequences;
  3. irockpool.com reserves the right to impose restrictions and/or suspend or terminate your use of services based on the information you provide and irockpool.com’s compliance obligations and internal risk control policies;
  4. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by irockpool.com, each User may register only one account with irockpool.com;
  5. For compliance purposes such as KYC ("Know Your Customer") and/or anti-money laundering, irockpool.com has the right to request identification and/or financial information of the account owner;
  6. You must enter your username and password for certain features. If you cannot access your account due to forgotten password etc., irockpool.com may request specific information (including identification) to verify account ownership, such as ID, proof of address, phone/email proof, and any identifiable activity on the website (e.g., transaction ID, order number, withdrawal amount). You undertake not to share your username and/or password with others or allow any third party to use your account. irockpool.com assumes no liability for any misuse of your account or password by you or any third party. If you suspect your username/password is known to others or your account is being used without authorization, you must immediately notify irockpool.com.

2.3 You understand and acknowledge that irockpool.com has the right to provide all or part of your Registration Information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations or requirements of regulatory authorities.

3. Risk Disclosure

These and other risks now or in the future may prevent you from earning any returns, cause financial loss, or even result in termination of our services:

  1. Using any digital asset or related products and services entails potential financial, regulatory, and other risks. Before using any digital asset or related products, you should confirm that you have sufficient knowledge and experience regarding blockchain technology, digital assets, and smart contract functions and risks. Any decision to participate in digital asset activities and/or use related services should be based on independent investigation and/or professional advice as you deem necessary. irockpool.com presumes you are a professional familiar with the digital asset industry and the risks of related products and services; this Agreement and any service provided by irockpool.com shall not be deemed as investment advice;
  2. Any product or service provided by irockpool.com, and any amount of any digital asset, may be affected by many factors beyond irockpool.com’s control, including but not limited to: changes in mining difficulty and/or other mining parameters/attributes, market price fluctuations of digital assets, hardware (e.g., miners) obsolescence and amortization, etc.;
  3. Due to the nature of digital assets, the value of any digital asset may lose part or all of its value at any time. You acknowledge that the value of any digital asset may decline rapidly (even to zero). irockpool.com assumes no responsibility for any and all losses arising from market price fluctuations of any digital asset;
  4. irockpool.com may perform system maintenance or upgrades from time to time. You acknowledge that you do not expect irockpool.com services to be continuous or uninterrupted. Except as otherwise expressly agreed, irockpool.com assumes no responsibility for any and all losses resulting from suspension or interruption due to system maintenance or upgrades;
  5. No authentication or computer security technology is 100% secure. You agree to assume all risks related to hacking or identity theft;
  6. You understand and agree that irockpool.com reserves the right to publish, modify, and/or provide service-related information through the website, email, customer service phone, SMS, and other official channels. irockpool.com is not responsible for information obtained through unofficial channels. If you have any doubts about the authenticity of information sent in irockpool.com’s name, please contact us immediately;
  7. The global regulatory framework for blockchain technology, digital assets, mining pools, cryptocurrencies, tokens, and irockpool.com services is currently incomplete, may evolve rapidly, varies significantly across international, state, and local jurisdictions, and involves substantial uncertainty. Regulations or policies may materially and adversely affect the services and the value of any digital asset. You understand, acknowledge, and assume such risks.

4. Use of Digital Assets

4.1 You shall not mine, purchase, sell, exchange, hold, and/or otherwise use any digital asset in any manner prohibited by applicable laws and regulations.

4.2 Before using irockpool.com services, you should determine whether the service is suitable for your financial capabilities and risk appetite. By using any irockpool.com service, you acknowledge, understand, and accept all risks associated with mining, purchasing, selling, exchanging, holding, and/or using digital assets, including but not limited to:

  1. Significant price volatility of digital assets: the price of any digital asset, including Bitcoin, may drop sharply, even to zero;
  2. Digital asset transactions may take some time to be confirmed. While unlikely, it is possible that some digital asset transactions may never be confirmed. Unconfirmed digital asset transactions mean that such transactions are not completed;
  3. Digital asset transactions are irreversible: if you send any digital asset to the wrong person or wallet address, you cannot reverse the transaction or recover those funds;
  4. If you lose or forget any PIN or password required to access and use these digital assets, such digital assets may be lost or become inaccessible;
  5. Blockchain (or digital asset) technology may have inherent unknown technical flaws; and
  6. Countries/regions may introduce and enact new laws, regulations, and policies affecting the use of digital assets.

5. Restrictions and Obligations

5.1 You shall not use irockpool.com services for any illegal activities. You shall not use irockpool.com services to:

  1. Support, incite, or participate in any terrorist activities;
  2. Participate in any money laundering activities;
  3. Fabricate or distort facts, spread rumors, or disrupt social order;
  4. Promote or produce obscene, pornographic, violent, and/or terrorist content;
  5. Participate in any other activities that violate applicable laws, regulations, and rules.

5.2 You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, this Agreement, and all rules and policies announced by irockpool.com from time to time regarding the use of the irockpool.com Website and irockpool.com services.

5.3 You agree to provide all documents and other information reasonably requested by irockpool.com from time to time in accordance with its applicable "Know Your Customer" and anti-money laundering rules and policies.

5.4 You are solely responsible for the security of your account password (or other security devices). Any applications and orders submitted through your account are deemed signed and agreed by you. We assume no responsibility for any risks or losses arising from the misuse or illegal use of your account, password, or other information due to your negligence. If you suspect that your account, password, or other information is being misused or illegally used, you must notify us immediately.

5.5 You undertake that the funds used to purchase irockpool.com products come from lawful and compliant sources, and you agree that you are fully responsible for any tax obligations arising from your use of irockpool.com services.

5.6 You agree and undertake that you use irockpool.com services solely for your own benefit, and you do not use the services on behalf of others or for the benefit of any third party.

5.7 You agree to immediately contact irockpool.com if you discover or suspect any fraudulent or improper conduct by any third party in connection with irockpool.com services.

5.8 Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by irockpool.com, you shall not register multiple accounts on the irockpool.com Website in any way. You shall not register multiple accounts to obtain profits, rewards, or coupons.

5.9 Without the explicit permission and consent of the holder of another person's account or password, you shall not use another person's account or password at any time. irockpool.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your failure to comply with these obligations.

5.10 You shall not engage in any activity that may affect the security of irockpool.com services and/or the irockpool.com Website.

5.11 You shall not use any method to mask your internet traffic and IP address (e.g., Proxy, Tor, VPN, etc.) or use other technical services that hide your true internet connection.

5.12 The intellectual property rights of any content displayed on the irockpool.com Website, including but not limited to articles, images, news, materials, website structure, website layout, website design, unless otherwise stated, are fully owned by irockpool.com or its licensors (if any). Users shall respect the intellectual property rights of irockpool.com and its licensors (if any).

5.13 irockpool.com hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license during the term of this Agreement to use the products we provide in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. irockpool.com or its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the services, including all source code, object code, data, information, and the copyrights, trademarks, patents, inventions, and trade secrets embodied therein, and all other rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement. This Agreement does not constitute a waiver of any rights of irockpool.com under the intellectual property laws of Seychelles or any other jurisdiction, or any other federal, state, or foreign laws.

5.14 Without the prior written authorization of irockpool.com, users shall not engage in any activities in the name of irockpool.com or use irockpool.com website information/materials.

5.15 With respect to any materials or information we provide to you during your use of the products, you hereby agree:

  1. Such materials or information shall be used only for the purposes set forth in this Agreement and in compliance with all applicable laws;
  2. Not to disseminate, transmit, display, or otherwise disclose or provide such materials or information to third parties except as required by applicable law; and
  3. Not to improve, modify such materials or information, create derivative works from them, or combine them with any other information without the prior written consent of irockpool.com.

5.16 You shall not make any statement or representation, or engage in any communication or action, whether in writing, orally, or otherwise, that may directly or indirectly disparage or harm irockpool.com (including any subsidiary, affiliate, officer, director, employee, partner, or shareholder of irockpool.com); provided that this paragraph does not prevent you from making truthful statements or disclosures required by applicable laws, regulations, or legal proceedings.

5.17 You understand that irockpool.com services are not available to the following (collectively, "Restricted Persons"): 1) any entity registered or operating in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions imposed by the United States, or any individual who is a national or resident of such jurisdiction; 2) any individual or entity that is controlled or owned (50% or more, directly or indirectly) by a target of sanctions imposed by the United States, the European Union, the United Nations, or Singapore; or 3) any other entity or individual that does not meet irockpool.com's compliance obligations and/or internal risk control policies. The above list may not be exhaustive. For certain products or services provided by irockpool.com, the scope of restrictions may vary depending on the terms and conditions of such products or services. Before using any irockpool.com service, please confirm that you are not a Restricted Person and, if you become a Restricted Person at any time after the start of the service, notify irockpool.com. If you are a Restricted Person and you use irockpool.com services, all legal risks and liabilities arising therefrom shall be solely borne by you, and you agree to indemnify irockpool.com against any loss, damage, or liability that irockpool.com may suffer as a result. irockpool.com also has the right to refuse to provide services to you and you shall have no right to request a refund from irockpool.com. 5.18 You shall not use the services under the following circumstances: 1) in violation of any sanctions laws (including but not limited to the laws of the United States and Singapore), 2) in any manner involving, relating to, or on behalf of others, representing Restricted Persons or for the benefit of Restricted Persons, or 3) in a manner involving transactions with Restricted Persons.

6. Liability for Breach

6.1 You agree that if irockpool.com determines that you have violated this Agreement or other agreements or guidelines related to your use of the website ("Violation"), irockpool.com may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the website and/or prevent your future access to the website without prior notice. Without limiting any general liability and indemnification provisions in this Agreement, you shall be responsible for all losses (as defined in Section 7.6 of this Agreement) caused to irockpool.com by your Violation. When irockpool.com determines that you have violated this Agreement, irockpool.com may deduct from the amounts otherwise payable to you the losses caused to irockpool.com by your Violation. You further agree that any Violation by you will constitute unlawful and unfair business conduct and will cause irreparable harm to irockpool.com for which monetary damages may be inadequate, and you agree that irockpool.com may obtain injunctive or equitable relief as irockpool.com deems necessary or appropriate. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies irockpool.com may have at law or in equity. You agree that irockpool.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for any suspension or termination of your access to the website due to your Violation.

6.2 If irockpool.com reasonably suspects that a user is using irockpool.com services in an illegal, fraudulent, or otherwise improper manner, irockpool.com has the right to suspend services to the user until the user can provide compliance evidence satisfactory to irockpool.com.

6.3 You agree that irockpool.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate your access to the website without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: (1) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (2) your request (self-deletion of account), (3) interruption or material modification of the website or any service provided through the website, or (4) unexpected technical issues.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.2 irockpool.com reserves the right to take any of the following actions at any time without notice: (1) modify, suspend, or terminate the operation or access to the website or any part thereof for any reason; (2) modify or change the website or any part thereof and any applicable policies or terms; (3) interrupt the operation of the website or any part thereof as necessary to perform routine or unscheduled maintenance, error correction, or other changes.

7.3 irockpool.com shall not be liable for any interruption or termination of services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to war (declared or undeclared), terrorist activities, acts of sabotage, blockade, fire, lightning, acts of God, strikes, riots, insurrection, civil unrest, quarantine restrictions, epidemics, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, explosions, and regulatory and administrative actions or delays. In the event of such force majeure, irockpool.com shall take reasonable measures to minimize disruption and loss, but shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from such force majeure.

7.4 You agree that any third-party links provided by irockpool.com are for convenience and reference only. irockpool.com provides such third-party links without endorsing them or the content displayed on them. Because such third-party links are not under irockpool.com's control, irockpool.com cannot guarantee that your access to such links is secure or virus-free. irockpool.com shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your access to such third-party links or any other third-party links not controlled by irockpool.com.

7.5 You understand and agree that, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by irockpool.com, in no event shall irockpool.com be liable for the following matters or for any losses incurred by you due to the following:

  1. Loss of trading profits;
  2. Service interruption (unless caused by irockpool.com's willful misconduct);
  3. Corruption or loss of information/data not caused by irockpool.com's willful misconduct;
  4. Hash rate extinction or market exit;
  5. Implementation or changes in laws, regulations, and policy factors;
  6. You do not meet irockpool.com's compliance obligations and/or internal risk control policies based on the information you provide (including but not limited to identification information, financial information, digital asset wallet addresses, etc.);
  7. Losses caused by your fault or breach of this Agreement (including but not limited to: providing inaccurate information to irockpool.com, disclosing passwords to third parties, etc.); and
  8. Other events beyond irockpool.com's control.

7.6 You agree and accept that, without duplication of any other compensation or indemnification rights set forth in this Agreement, you shall indemnify and hold harmless irockpool.com and its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and advisors, from any losses, liabilities, claims, charges, actions, suits, or expenses (collectively, "Losses," including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of this Agreement (including but not limited to any breach of your obligations, representations, or warranties under this Agreement), and you shall defend irockpool.com and its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and advisors from such Losses. In no event shall irockpool.com or its parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, or advisors be liable to you or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages or lost profits related to this Agreement.

7.7 If you have any basis for claiming damages (including for breach of this Agreement), to the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that your sole remedy shall be to seek direct damages from irockpool.com, unless otherwise expressly provided in writing by irockpool.com, with a maximum amount of USD 10.00.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Waiver: Any delay or failure by irockpool.com to exercise any right or remedy under this Agreement in the event of any default by a User shall not be construed as a waiver or acquiescence of any such default.

8.2 Severability: To the extent possible, if any provision of this Agreement is held by a court to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such provision shall apply with the necessary deletions or modifications to make it legal, valid, and enforceable and to give effect to the parties' commercial intent. The other provisions of this Agreement shall remain unaffected and in full force and effect.

8.3 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Seychelles, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

8.4 Dispute Resolution: You agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating in any way to your access or use of the services, any products sold or distributed through the services, or any aspect of your relationship with irockpool.com shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, including threshold questions of arbitrability of such disputes, controversies, or claims, except that if a claim involves intellectual property infringement or other misuse of intellectual property, you or irockpool.com may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, you and irockpool.com hereby waive any constitutional and statutory rights to sue in court and have a trial before a judge or jury. If a dispute is pending between you and irockpool.com, you or irockpool.com shall have the right to suspend performance of all its obligations until the dispute is fully resolved.

8.5 Arbitration Agreement. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules") for the time being in force. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of three (3) arbitrators, one appointed by you, one by irockpool.com, and the third appointed by the President of the SIAC Court of Arbitration at the time. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitration costs shall be borne by the losing party. The losing party shall also indemnify the prevailing party's lawyers' fees and other costs. All claims and disputes within the scope of this arbitration agreement shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and not on a representative (including but not limited to PAGA) or class basis. Only individual relief is available, and claims of more than one user, individual, or entity shall not be arbitrated or consolidated with the claims of any other user, individual, or entity.

8.6 Superseding Prior Agreements: By continuing to use irockpool.com services, you acknowledge that this Agreement supersedes all prior agreements between you and irockpool.com regarding the subject matter hereof.

8.7 Version: The English version of this Agreement shall prevail.

Перед использованием любого цифрового актива или связанных продуктов вы должны подтвердить, что обладаете достаточными знаниями и опытом в отношении технологии блокчейн, цифровых активов и функций и рисков смарт-контрактов. 4. Использование цифровых активов

4.1 Вы не должны добывать, покупать, продавать, обменивать, хранить и/или иным образом использовать любые цифровые активы способами, запрещенными применимыми законами и нормативными актами.

4.2 Перед использованием услуг irockpool.com вы должны определить, подходит ли услуга для ваших финансовых возможностей и склонности к риску. Используя любую услугу irockpool.com, вы признаете, понимаете и принимаете все риски, связанные с добычей, покупкой, продажей, обменом, хранением и/или использованием цифровых активов, включая, помимо прочего:

  1. Значительная волатильность цен цифровых активов: цена любого цифрового актива, включая Биткойн, может резко упасть, даже до нуля;

5. Ограничения и обязательства

  2. Участия в любой деятельности по отмыванию денег;

6. Ответственность за нарушение

  7. Убытки, вызванные вашей ошибкой или нарушением настоящего Соглашения (включая, помимо прочего: предоставление неточной информации irockpool.com, разглашение паролей третьим лицам и т. д.); и
  8. Другие события, не зависящие от irockpool.com.

7.6 Вы соглашаетесь и принимаете, что без дублирования любых других прав на компенсацию или возмещение, предусмотренных настоящим Соглашением, вы обязаны возместить и оградить irockpool.com и его материнские компании, дочерние и аффилированные компании, а также их соответствующих должностных лиц, директоров, сотрудников, агентов и советников от любых убытков, обязательств, претензий, обвинений, исков, судебных разбирательств или расходов (совместно именуемых «Убытки», включая разумные гонорары адвокатов), возникающих в результате вашего нарушения настоящего Соглашения (включая, помимо прочего, любое нарушение ваших обязательств, заявлений или гарантий по настоящему Соглашению), и вы обязаны защищать irockpool.com и его материнские компании, дочерние и аффилированные компании, а также их соответствующих должностных лиц, директоров, сотрудников, агентов и советников от таких Убытков. 8. Прочие положения

8.2 Возможность разделения: В максимально возможной степени, если какое-либо положение настоящего Соглашения будет признано судом незаконным, недействительным или неисполнимым полностью или частично, такое положение применяется с необходимыми удалениями или изменениями, чтобы сделать его законным, действительным и исполнимым, а также чтобы придать коммерческому намерению сторон силу. 8.3 Применимое право: Настоящее Соглашение регулируется и толкуется в соответствии с законами Сейшельских Островов без учета коллизионных норм.

8.4 Разрешение споров: Вы соглашаетесь, что любой спор, разногласие или требование, возникающее в связи с вашим доступом или использованием услуг, любыми продуктами, продаваемыми или распространяемыми через услуги, или любым аспектом ваших отношений с irockpool.com, подлежит разрешению путем обязательного арбитража, а не в суде, включая предварительные вопросы об арбитрабельности таких споров, разногласий или требований, за исключением случаев, когда требование касается нарушения прав интеллектуальной собственности или иного неправомерного использования интеллектуальной собственности, вы или irockpool.com можете обратиться за судебным запретом или обеспечением по справедливости в суд компетентной юрисдикции. Если иное прямо не предусмотрено настоящим Соглашением, вы и irockpool.com настоящим отказываетесь от любых конституционных и законодательных прав на подачу иска в суд и на судебное разбирательство перед судьей или присяжными. Если между вами и irockpool.com рассматривается спор, вы или irockpool.com имеете право приостановить выполнение всех своих обязательств до полного урегулирования спора.

8.5 Арбитражное соглашение. Любой спор, возникающий из настоящего Соглашения или в связи с ним, включая любой вопрос о его существовании, действительности или прекращении, передается на арбитражное разбирательство, которое проводится Сингапурским международным арбитражным центром («SIAC») в соответствии с Арбитражным регламентом Сингапурского международного арбитражного центра («Регламент SIAC»), действующим на момент обращения. Местом арбитража является Сингапур. Арбитражный суд состоит из трех (3) арбитров, один назначается вами, один — irockpool.com, а третий — Президентом Арбитражного суда SIAC на момент назначения. Языком арбитража является английский. Арбитражные расходы несет проигравшая сторона. Проигравшая сторона также возмещает победившей стороне гонорары адвокатов и другие расходы. Все требования и споры в рамках настоящего арбитражного соглашения должны рассматриваться арбитражем на индивидуальной основе, а не в качестве представительных (включая, помимо прочего, PAGA) или коллективных исков. Предоставляется только индивидуальная защита, и требования более чем одного пользователя, физического или юридического лица не могут быть объединены или консолидированы с требованиями любого другого пользователя, физического или юридического лица.

8.6 Замена предыдущих соглашений: Продолжая использовать услуги irockpool.com, вы признаете, что настоящее Соглашение заменяет все предыдущие соглашения между вами и irockpool.com в отношении предмета настоящего Соглашения.

8.7 Версия: Английская версия настоящего Соглашения имеет преимущественную силу.

3. Divulgación de Riesgos

Estos y otros riesgos, actuales o futuros, pueden impedirle obtener rendimientos, causar pérdidas financieras o incluso resultar en la terminación de nuestros servicios:

4. Uso de Activos Digitales

5. Restricciones y Obligaciones

5.1 No debe utilizar los servicios de irockpool.com para ninguna actividad ilegal. No debe utilizar los servicios de irockpool.com para:

  1. Apoyar, incitar o participar en actividades terroristas;
  2. Participar en actividades de lavado de dinero;
  3. Falsificar o distorsionar hechos, difundir rumores o alterar el orden social;
  4. Promocionar o producir contenido obsceno, pornográfico, violento y/o terrorista;
  5. Participar en cualquier otra actividad que viole las leyes, regulaciones y normas aplicables.

6. Responsabilidad por Incumplimiento

6.1 Usted acepta que si irockpool.com determina que ha violado este Acuerdo u otros acuerdos o pautas relacionados con su uso del sitio web ("Violación"), irockpool.com puede, a su entera discreción, suspender o terminar su acceso al sitio web y/o evitar su acceso futuro al sitio web sin previo aviso.   4. Extinción del poder de hash o salida del mercado;
  5. Implementación o cambios en leyes, regulaciones y factores de política;
  6. Usted no cumple con las obligaciones de cumplimiento normativo y/o políticas de control interno de riesgos de irockpool.com según la información que proporcione (incluyendo, entre otros, información de identificación, información financiera, direcciones de billetera de activos digitales, etc.);
  7. Pérdidas causadas por su culpa o incumplimiento de este Acuerdo (incluyendo, entre otros: proporcionar información inexacta a irockpool.com, divulgar contraseñas a terceros, etc.); y
  8. Otros eventos fuera del control de irockpool.com.

7.6 Usted acepta y reconoce que, sin duplicación de otros derechos de compensación o indemnización establecidos en este Acuerdo, usted indemnizará y eximirá de responsabilidad a irockpool.com y sus empresas matrices, subsidiarias y afiliadas, y a sus respectivos funcionarios, directores, empleados, agentes y asesores, de todas las pérdidas, responsabilidades, reclamaciones, cargos, acciones, demandas o gastos (colectivamente, "Pérdidas", incluidos los honorarios razonables de abogados) que surjan de su incumplimiento de este Acuerdo (incluyendo, entre otros, cualquier incumplimiento de sus obligaciones, declaraciones o garantías bajo este Acuerdo), y defenderá a irockpool.com y a sus empresas matrices, subsidiarias y afiliadas, y a sus respectivos funcionarios, directores, empleados, agentes y asesores de dichas Pérdidas. En ningún caso irockpool.com o sus empresas matrices, subsidiarias o afiliadas, o sus respectivos funcionarios, directores, empleados, agentes o asesores serán responsables ante usted o cualquier tercero por daños especiales, incidentales, indirectos o consecuentes, o por pérdida de beneficios relacionados con este Acuerdo.

7.7 Si tiene alguna base para reclamar daños y perjuicios (incluyendo por incumplimiento de este Acuerdo), en la medida permitida por la ley aplicable, usted acepta que su único recurso será reclamar daños directos de irockpool.com, a menos que irockpool.com disponga expresamente lo contrario por escrito, con un monto máximo de 10,00 dólares estadounidenses.

8. Disposiciones Varias

8.1 Renuncia: Cualquier demora o falta de ejercicio por parte de irockpool.com de cualquier derecho o recurso bajo este Acuerdo en caso de incumplimiento por parte de un Usuario no se interpretará como una renuncia o aquiescencia a dicho incumplimiento.

8.2 Divisibilidad: En la medida de lo posible, si alguna disposición de este Acuerdo es declarada por un tribunal ilegal, nula o inejecutable en su totalidad o en parte, dicha disposición se aplicará con las eliminaciones o modificaciones necesarias para hacerla legal, válida y ejecutable, y para dar efecto a la intención comercial de las partes. Las demás disposiciones de este Acuerdo no se verán afectadas y permanecerán en pleno vigor y efecto.

8.3 Ley aplicable: Este Acuerdo se regirá e interpretará de acuerdo con las leyes de Seychelles, sin considerar sus principios de conflicto de leyes.

8.4 Resolución de disputas: Usted acepta que cualquier disputa, controversia o reclamación que surja de o esté relacionada de alguna manera con su acceso o uso de los servicios, cualquier producto vendido o distribuido a través de los servicios, o cualquier aspecto de su relación con irockpool.com, se resolverá mediante arbitraje vinculante en lugar de en los tribunales, incluidas las cuestiones de arbitrabilidad de dichas disputas, controversias o reclamaciones, excepto que si la reclamación implica infracción de propiedad intelectual u otro uso indebido de la propiedad intelectual, usted o irockpool.com pueden buscar medidas cautelares o equitativas en un tribunal de jurisdicción competente. A menos que se disponga expresamente lo contrario en este Acuerdo, usted e irockpool.com renuncian a cualquier derecho constitucional y legal a demandar ante los tribunales y a tener un juicio ante un juez o jurado. Si hay una disputa pendiente entre usted e irockpool.com, usted o irockpool.com tienen derecho a suspender el cumplimiento de todas sus obligaciones hasta que la disputa se resuelva por completo.

8.5 Acuerdo de Arbitraje. Cualquier disputa que surja de este Acuerdo o en relación con él, incluida cualquier cuestión sobre su existencia, validez o terminación, se someterá a arbitraje administrado por el Centro Internacional de Arbitraje de Singapur ("SIAC") de acuerdo con las Reglas de Arbitraje del Centro Internacional de Arbitraje de Singapur ("Reglas SIAC") vigentes en ese momento. La sede del arbitraje será Singapur. El tribunal arbitral estará compuesto por tres (3) árbitros, uno designado por usted, uno por irockpool.com y el tercero por el Presidente de la Corte de Arbitraje del SIAC en ese momento. El idioma del arbitraje será el inglés. Los costos del arbitraje serán asumidos por la parte perdedora. La parte perdedora también indemnizará a la parte ganadora por los honorarios de abogados y otros gastos. Todas las reclamaciones y disputas dentro del alcance de este acuerdo de arbitraje se arbitrarán de forma individual y no en representación (incluyendo, entre otros, PAGA) ni en forma colectiva. Solo se otorgará alivio individual, y las reclamaciones de más de un usuario, individuo o entidad no se arbitrarán ni consolidarán con las reclamaciones de cualquier otro usuario, individuo o entidad.

8.6 Sustitución de acuerdos anteriores: Al continuar utilizando los servicios de irockpool.com, usted reconoce que este Acuerdo sustituye todos los acuerdos anteriores entre usted e irockpool.com con respecto al objeto del presente.

8.7 Versión: La versión en inglés de este Acuerdo prevalecerá.
